Chill O'posite Festival 2025 is a three-day music and arts festival held on the beach in Dahab, Egypt, welcoming over 4,000 attendees across a vibrant, multi-zone venue. To support the scale, complexity, and high-energy nature of the festival, the organizers partnered with Eventize to deliver a fully cashless, secure, and data-driven event experience — covering guest onboarding, access control, payments, vendor management, and real-time reporting.

The challenge
