Faster entry & shorter queues

Eventize's fast access control and cashless transactions drastically reduced queues at both gates and bars, allowing the event to serve more guests efficiently during peak hours.

Fraud-proof access control

RFID wristbands with secure re-entry rules eliminated unauthorized access, wristband sharing, and ticket fraud. As a result, the venue became cleaner, safer, and fully controlled.

Eliminating cash & theft

By removing cash completely, door ticket sales were fully tracked, bars and vendors handled zero cash, and theft was eliminated. Every transaction was digitally recorded and traceable.

What was achieved

What was difficult operationally?

The reconciliation for vendors and no feasibility till the event is over – this has been solved using the live dashboards and detailed reports generated by Eventize platform.

The event revenue has increased around 40% that has been resulted by the fast transactions at bars so the event served more people, the habit of people to spend more when they use cashless wristbands, limiting the theft and eliminating the manual cash handling.

The vendor reconciliation was happening at any point of time during the event in a matter of seconds.
